Still Motion Transformations
Inhale…
Take a deep, slow breath from the colors.
Welcome them within you.
Smell the joy that comes out of them.
Feel the warmth.
Allow the freshness of the freezing cold to play with you.
Hear the sound of colors coming in multiple harmonies.
Let the music happen through you.
Be an instrument.
Be music of colors. Laugh, dance and twirl around with them.
… Exhale
Dissolve in your breath to recreate yourself again.
Breathe Colors is a color-guided open eyes silent meditation practice rooted in simplicity.
The visuals used in Breathe Colors come out from my latest still motion artworks. Attention rests gently on color and breath throughout the meditation. The imagery provides a stable, non-demanding focus that helps the mind settle naturally.
No rules to follow, no need to focus on any part of the screen. If attention wanders, you simply return to the color — much like returning to the breath in traditional meditation. You can even close your eyes for a while if you feel like it.
No prior experience is required. The practice unfolds through presence rather than effort.

Arrival and Alignment
This is a 22+ minute open-eyes silent meditation in front of a screen, so a comfortable sitting position with a straight spine and no tension is key.
The meditation begins by slowing the pace. Through calm self-guidance and simple breathing cues, attention is brought out of the busy mind and into the body. This creates a sense of safety and openness — an inner “alignment”.
During this time (around two minutes) you may stay with your eyes closed. Do it as you feel — the screen remains blank and there is nothing to miss. At the end of the “alignment” you will hear a clear sound to remind you to open your eyes.
Entering the Infinity of Colors
What if colors are light refractions not forming something to think about, but a presence to sense.
You are invited to breathe colors, letting them spread, deepen, or soften within you. There is no right way to perceive it — some people feel warmth, movement, emotion… subtle vibrations or energy shifts.
Again, no tension, no mind pressure. Please keep in mind that too much focus on the screen for long periods of time can be exhausting, so follow your inner guide and let everything happen in a natural way.
Breath as a Bridge
Breath gently connects inner and outer experience. It becomes the vibration that carries colors through the body, allowing tension to release and awareness to expand. The process is slow, natural, and intuitive.
Silence as Support
The silent soundscape of colors act as a holding structure, helping you stay present while leaving enough space for your personal aspect and inner imagery to emerge naturally.
Integration and Landing
Toward the end, the meditation gradually guides you back, allowing the deep color breath to dissolve into subtle sensations. You take your time to integrate what was felt, without the need to explain or label it.
I believe Art is kind of a channel. A meditation. A language that needs no translation. My language..
I asked myself how to bring together in one place the things I love to do most, while being what I love to be in the same moment. A wonderful experience that I really wanted to share with others. I took a deep, slow breath from the flowing colors and this project came to life ❤️.
I used my latest Breathe Colors paintings to create video broadcasts that inspire the viewer to “inhale” colors and graphics from the artwork, and use them as a medium to gather powerful energies of relaxation, balance and recreation.
The viewer dives deeply into a visual meditation, with eyes and heart opened to reveal the transmission.

Breathe Colors meditation series are made up of 12+1 Open Eyes and heArt silent meditations. Each video is 22 minutes long.

Think of me as a shiny being under cover — in an ordinary (and quite popular among humans) body. 😄 I love to play and have fun with the energies of beauty, often changing costumes to keep the suspense high.
For many years I was dressed in a suit of a successful Illustrator with a Children’s Book jacket underneath. I was looking at the world through Fine Art sun glasses under a wide-brimmed-black-and-white Graphics hat. I was inspired by the immense beauty around. I wanted to capture even a tiny bit of it and spread it.
Until a day came and strange things happened…
Lines suddenly started leaving the surface under my drawing tools and rushed into the 3D space forming sculptures of flat graphics.
Colors started breathing in still motion within my digital paintings.
I totally switched to a new look. That was how my Graphic Sculptures and Breathe Colors artworks came to life.

Q&A
Do I need any special skills or training to practice BC?
Nope. We all have special skills we don’t even know about. Breathe Colors is only a tool to invoke some of them. So we’re good to go.
Do I have to keep my eyes open all the time?
Think of Breathe Colors not as an art showup, but as a presence to sense. So you’re invited to “breathe” with your eyes naturally, no preasure. Please be advised that forcing yourself to stare or focus at a screen for long time can be exhausting and even harmful. Please trust your inner guide and close your eyes each time you feel like it 🙂 and for as long as needed.
Are we talking about a video clip or something?
Yes and No. I say Yes, because you are actually watching a video clip, that’s technically the form it appears, and No, because it still remains a static painting and all changes take effect through long periods of time. Think of it as artistic transformations, kind of.
Can I donate extra funds?
Sure, thanks! Your support will be highly appreciated. Here’s a link: linkcomeshere.com
