The Still Point
Inhale…
Take a deep, slow breath from the colors.
Welcome them within you.
Smell the joy that comes out of them.
Feel the warmth.
Allow the freshness of the freezing cold to play with you.
Hear the sound of colors coming in multiple harmonies.
Let the music happen through you.
Be an instrument.
Be music of colors. Laugh, dance and twirl around with them.
… Exhale
Dissolve in your breath to recreate yourself again.
What is it about
There is a tiny spot deep within us that cannot be reached by our thoughts.
Only by stopping. Inside Heart.
These 22 minutes are designed for exactly that.
Through Art, Spirit speaks. I simply let Art breathe.
You sit comfortably and follow your breath. Watching the slow, gentle and almost imperceptible changes within the artwork on the screen is like entering a portal. As you move through in silence, you actually enter back into yourself. There’s a remembrance in each shape, color and light that reminds you of the beauty that we all share and the silence we are made of.
Breathe Colors is a color-guided open eyes silent meditation practice designed over my latest still motion artworks. Through the breathing colors experience, our attention rests gently, providing a stable, non-demanding focus that helps the mind settle naturally and feel the multidimensional presence.

Arrival and Alignment
This is a total of 33+ minutes of silent meditation in front of a screen (around 22+ of them with your eyes open), so a comfortable sitting position with your spine straight and tension-free is key.
Alignment Part 1, duration: 2 minutes
The meditation begins at a slow pace. Through calm self-direction and simple breath cues, attention is shifted away from the busy mind and directed to the heart. You may gently ask the mind to observe your breath.
During this time (about two minutes), you may stay with your eyes closed. Do it as you feel it — the screen remains blank and there is nothing to miss. At the end of the “alignment” you will hear a clear sound to remind you to open your eyes.
Entering the Infinity of Colors
What if we think of colors as light refractions forming a certain frequency to sense?
Visual meditation Part 2, duration: 22 minutes
You are invited to breathe colors, letting them spread, deepen, or soften within you. Transformations are slow and almost imperceptible. There is no right way to do it — some people feel warmth, movement, emotion… subtle vibrations or energy shifts.
Again, no tension, no mind pressure. Please keep in mind that too much focus on the screen for long periods of time can be exhausting, so let things happen in a natural way.
Breath as a Bridge
Breath gently connects inner and outer experience. It becomes the vibration that carries colors through the body, allowing tension to release and awareness to expand. The process is slow, natural, and intuitive.
Silence as Support
The silent soundscape of colors act as a holding structure, helping you stay present while leaving enough space for your personal aspect and inner imagery to emerge naturally.
Integration and Landing
Toward the end, the meditation gradually guides you back, allowing the deep color breath to dissolve into subtle sensations. You take your time to integrate what was felt, without the need to explain or label it.
Landing Part 3, duration: 7 minutes
This is the final part. Again — do it as you feel it. The video continues but the screen remains blank until the end and nothing more happens. So you may even safely turn off the screen and stay in the energies as long as you feel.
Ingrid Magalinska: How My Breathe Colors Artworks Come to Life
A Handcrafted Sequence
A Breathe Colors painting is a sequence of my original drawings created directly on the screen with a pen display tablet. Each part is composed precisely in selected color harmonies, carrying the message and transmitting the corresponding resonant impact over time.

Soon

A gentle reminder – Abundance invites you to soften into gratitude and feel how much is already here.
Soon

A quiet crossing from thought into tenderness. Bridge awakens the gentle connection between mind and heart through every breath.
In Process

Where scattered pieces meet in stillness. Fragments invites you to gather the dispersed parts of yourself and feel the quiet beauty of presence.
In Process

A quiet emergence of what has never been before. New invites you into the freshness of awareness — where each breath feels like a first.
In Process

A space that holds neither here nor there.
In Between invites you to rest in the subtle field where breath, color, and awareness meet.
In Process

A gentle emerge from silence to strength. Out of the Blue invites you to meet the unexpected brightness coming out from unseen source.
In Process

Beyond form, where all is movement and strength. Transmutation points to the eternal flow where nothing is fixed and everything is reborn.
In Process

A recognition of strength as presence rather than force. Inner Power reveals how awareness itself is the ground from which all energy arises…
In Process

An exploration of the freedom to be. Play reveals how openness and curiosity become a way of sensing the world.
In Process

Let’s open our hearts to pure delight — Joy reveals how presence itself becomes luminous and radiant when recognized.
It was beautiful ❤️ I was going between worlds – like being in several dimensions at same time. “gate” – it was really a word that resonated with my experience… Just beautiful.
Such a joy sharing this with you.
Still flowing beautifully. And beautiful to be here with you all 💛
Thank you so much, it was beautiful – and deeeeep ❤️

Ingrid’s BreathColors paintings open up a deep space of energetics. During Ingrid’s meditations I could sense high vibrations (I know, because I sat in many). I could see it, as my laptop screen and everything else in my room, started to become enlightened and somehow deeper with livelier colors.
Ingrid’s meditations helped me healing, e.g. something in my eyes. As a rational mind- engineering background person, I feel very honored to have experienced such a deep dive into the multidimensional world of paintings.

Breathe Colors is a beautiful meditative experience. The soft colors and shapes morph and shift almost imperceptibly into new ones.
This open-eyed meditation encourages a gentle and relaxed gaze which allows the mind to stay present and focused, and observe without getting lost in thought. This can help the practitioner to develop a habit of mindfulness, clarity of thought and a sense of calm awareness in their daily life.
I recommend Breathe Colors to anyone who is looking for a fresh perspective that will allow you to connect with the world around you while still enjoying the calm and focus that comes from traditional, eyes-closed meditation.

That was probably the most intense energy I’ve ever felt.
I’m still tingling so much I don’t think I can talk!
Quite a pool of energy today. So much polarity in that quantum imagery…
Time to just dance on the beach, right Ingrid?
I haven’t had my heart chakra opened like this in a long time… so much energy here. Not sure I’ll be the same…
Love you all.

Was just channeling a large red Dragon earlier today, still feeling Presence – very large and loving, nothing to fear especially in personal power and reflection.
Thank you Ingrid, this was fantastic.

Think of me as a shiny being under cover — in an ordinary (and quite popular among humans) body. 😄 I love to play and have fun with the energies of beauty, often changing costumes to keep the suspense high.
For many years I was dressed in a suit of a successful Illustrator with a Children’s Book jacket underneath. I was looking at the world through Fine Art sun glasses under a wide-brimmed-black-and-white Graphics hat. I was inspired by the immense beauty around. I wanted to capture even a tiny bit of it and spread it.
Until a day came and strange things happened…

Lines suddenly started leaving the surface under my drawing tools and rushed into the 3D space forming sculptures of flat graphics.
Colors started breathing in still motion within my digital paintings.
I totally switched to a new look. That was how my Graphic Sculptures and Breathe Colors artworks came to life.

Do I need any special skills or training to practice BC?
Nope. We all have special skills we don’t even know we have. Breathe Colors is only a tool to invoke and awaken some of them. So we’re good to go.
Do I have to keep my eyes open all the time?
Think of Breathe Colors not as an art showup, but as a presence that you need to feel. So you’re invited to “breathe” with your eyes naturally, no preasure. Please be aware that forcing yourself to stare or focus on a screen for long periods of time can be tiring. You should listen to your inner guide and close your eyes each time you feel like it 🙂 and for as long as needed.
Are we talking about a video or something like that?
Yes and No. I say Yes, because you are actually watching a video, that’s technically the form it appears in, and No, because it still remains a static painting and all changes take effect through long periods of time. Think of it as artistic transformations, sort of.
Can I donate extra funds?
Sure, thanks! Your support will be greatly appreciated, it will help me keep the project running.
